WHEN WILL MY PURCHASED ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Direct Shipment from our website typically leaves our location in 2-5 business days depending on the product and current inventory levels.
If there are no delays then all items should be delveredin the time specified o 2-5 working days with tracking information once the purchase is completed.




WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED WITH TRACKING DELIVERY?

Yes all orders purchased from ourselves will be sent by tracking service and delivered within 48hrs, you will find the tracking in your order details within 24hrs once the purchase has been completed.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXTRA COSTS TO THE DELIVERY OF MY ITEM?

If there are any shipping costs involved due to an items weight, shipping or areas with a specified postal code then we will inform you on time so as the costs can be covered and postage is not delayed. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Damaged Shipments must be reported to us within 3 Business Days of confirmed receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, you must agree to keep all damaged items with the original packaging for inspection and claim processing by the shipping company. Refunds or replacements will be honoured with confirmation of damage during shipment/transit by taking a picture of the item and sending it to us via email so as it can be followed and dealt with weather the fault was from the shipping company or at our discretion.
 

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY DATE WHEN ORDERING?

 For most items you can choose a preferred delivery date when your order is made but we would need for you to contact us as soon as your order has been made or before you are about to purchase. If shipped to the carrier and if there are less than 48 hours until delivery it will not be possible to amend

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?

This depends on the status of the order. If shipped to the carrier and if there are less than 48 hours until delivery it will not be possible to amend. Carriers will leave a card if you are not in at the time of delivery, you can then contact the carrier or supplier to re arrange a more suitable date.
Please note that all items which are returned due to the non availability of the receiver then we will not be liable for the re-delivery and you will be asked to pay for the charges to resend the item. 

MY DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED?

If the order has not been received on the dates mentioned when purchasing then we advise you check your tracking, all tracking's are provided when purchasing so you can check our order tracker page, if no information is available on the status of the order please contact us.  Kindly check your email confirmation for possible separate delivery dates or carriers if you had more than one product you ordered.

PART OF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED?

Please bear in mind that if you've ordered a number of items, they could come in separate deliveries for which you will be given separate tracking's for which will show up in the tracking system for the number of parcels being received. If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and details of the missing item's. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

DO I REQUIRE TO BE THERE TO SIGN THE DELIVERY?

We require a signature on delivery, as we want to make sure your goods are delivered and arrive correctly. If you aren’t around to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, please give special instructions during the checkout process for whom your item should be left with weather it's a neighbor or if it should be left in some other safe place.  If you prefer, let us know of  a different delivery address when you order so your item can be delivered to your work, a neighbor or somewhere you can collect it from.

CAN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BE CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN MADE?

 Most times your delivery address can be amended, this all depends on the status of the order. If it has been shipped to the carrier or is in transit and there are less than 48 hours to delivery then it cannot be possible to change. If you would like your order to be delivered to an alternative delivery address please contact us at the time of purchase or at the earliest time possible so we can inform you of what can be done.

CAN I HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS?

We can deliver to your place of residence or place of work. If you would like delivery to your place of work then kindly make sure someone is there to accept the goods with a precise signature and department given as the recipient as the courier will deliver to a place or reception of the building work place and not to the person named on the package.  

DO WE SEND RECEIPT'S OR INVOICES WITH DELIVERY'S?

 Your receipt is the address label on the parcel. The order number is proof of purchase. Keep the receipt as you'll need this if you want to return any items.
If you require a VAT receipt then we can provide this for you by contacting us and requesting for a VAT receipt which will be sent to your email address. 

DO WE AT FUNKYBUYS.COM DELIVER TO INTERNATIONAL POSTCODES?

 Yes we do deliver to international or overseas postal codes but you as a buyer will be liable of the costs and charges to the delivery of the item, please contact us for these charges. Please note that we will not be liable for any breakages or returns.
 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES? AND WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

 You can pay online with most major credit or debit cards, all methods of payments which we accept are at the bottom of our website page. You will never be asked for you card details via email, if we require any further information we will send you an email requesting the information.  Once the order has been placed payment will be taken to ensure availability of the product with our suppliers.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE?

 All our prices are shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RETURN A ITEM?

Please be sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used or installed. It's a good idea to keep your receipt or order number as you might need them as proof of purchase. These are on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Products must be unused in their original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase. All returns will be at the cost of the consumer unless the item was received damaged or was not as requested. 

WHAT IF THEIR IS A FAULT WITH THE ITEM?

All products must be unused and in their original packaging accompanied by your proof of purchase or invoice which was sent with the item. You will be offered a replacement and return of the damaged item.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED?

All items being returned due to your own reasons will be at your cost and require a tracking reference and goods which are being returned due to a fault in shipping, transit or damage will be returned at our cost which will be refunded once it has been done.
 

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE TO BE RETURNED TO THE ISSUING CARD?

All refunds will be processed once the goods have arrived with us and in this case it's always a good idea to let us know of the tracking so as we know of the return.  As for any returns which we organize then they will be refunded within 4-5 working days once they have been delivered to us.
 

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?

All refunds can take upto 7 days to be refunded back to the issuing card but if the maximum time of refund has passed then kindly contact us via email so as we may look into the delay or confirm if it has been processed. 

HOW DO I POST A PRODUCT REVIEW?

We will contact you after the purchase has been made and ask for you to leave a review.

WHEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT I GET NO REPLY?

 You might have difficulty in getting through to us when the lines are busy but you can contact us via email and we will surely respond to you within 24-48hrs.
